systems with variable frequency drives (VFD). There
will be zero wastage of water and 100 per cent recycling
to reduce freshwater use. Partnership with leading research
institutions such as Anna University's hydrological
department for long-term consultancy.

Lower super built proportion. Designed to reduce energy
consumption per square feet. For instance, the south
and west directions will have minimal glazing compared
