Built on the standards of NBC. Optimal space utilisation. Construction efficiency of approximately 80 per cent. Lower super built proportion. Designed to reduce energy consumption per square feet. For instance, the south and west directions will have minimal glazing compared to other areas with double-glazing. Windows will be punched and will incorporate features to increase the shading coefficient.
